Product Introduction

The C10 is a high-vacuum carbon coater based on the resistive evaporation principle. It utilizes a built-in turbo-molecular pump in combination with an oil-free diaphragm pump to establish a clean high-vacuum environment (<5×10⁻² Pa). By integrating a tilted and biased carbon source with an automatic rotating sample stage, it deposits a uniform and dense carbon film on the sample surface. This effectively suppresses charging effects while avoiding the introduction of interfering elements, ensuring the accuracy of compositional analysis.

It is particularly suitable for preparing carbon coatings for SEM (e.g., for EDS, EBSD, and EPMA analysis), FIB processing, and TEM sample preparation.
